All parents/guardians of children attending the school are automatically members of the Harford Middle School Parent Teachers Association.

The Parent Teachers Association Committee is comprised of nine members, the majority of whom are parents. The committee meets once a half term and is responsible for helping to organise social and fund raising activities in order to purchase any extra item that the school budget cannot afford. Funds are also used to assist with school parties and rewards for students.
