• establish a firm foundation upon which a child will build the whole structure of his/her future life.

• provide a secure, happy and caring environment which assists the spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional and physical development and well being of each child.

• provide a broad, balanced and stimulating curriculum that includes the Hour of Literacy, a structured Maths hour and participation and enjoyment of P.E., Music, Art and Crafts.

• develop in each child the necessary skills to acquire knowledge and make discoveries. To explore History, Geography, and Science in the classroom and outdoors with school trips around the Island.

• help each child to relate well to other children and to adults.

• encourage independence and initiative.

• encourage each child to develop his/her self esteem and a respect for others.

• work together with parents to achieve good standards and morals as a foundation for our children to become responsible members of society.
